HARWOOD ROOM
In the main house, this large corner room looks out
over the meadow. It has a queen plantation canopy bed,
fireplace, and comfortable sitting area.

THE DIXON ROOM
In
the main house, this cozy room has a lace topped queen canopy
bed, antique writing desk and sitting area. The Harwood and
Dixon rooms share a large hall bath, and when both rooms are
occupied, a $10.00 per night reduction will be made in the
room rate.

Weekend: $120.00

THE
OVERSEER'S COTTAGE
This late 18th century cottage has a sitting room with
wood stove and kitchenette on the ground floor.
(Convertible sofa will accommodate an extra person at
an additional charge.) The second floor bedroom has a
queen bed, fireplace and bath.

Midweek: $135.00
Weekend: $160.00

POLICIES:

Reservations
are required.

Rates are
per room/ per night and do not include applicable taxes.

Two night
minimum on weekends and some holidays.

A one
night deposit is required to confirm reservation. We do not
accept credit cards but will take a personal check.

Deposit
is creditable to a future stay if cancellation is made five
days in advance.

Smoking
is not permitted in any of the buildings. Guests are welcome
to smoke on porches.

Children
12 and older are welcome.

We can
not accommodate pets out of consideration to our own dogs
and cats.

Check-In
is between 3pm and 6pm, Check-Out is 11am. With advance
notice other arrangements may be made if required.
